Our longstanding relationship with Chris, marked by a series of successful collaborations, reached a new milestone with the Nutkin Barn project. Initially brought on board as consultants for the next phase of development, our role quickly expanded to encompass a range of critical tasks. Our expertise was pivotal in managing the intricacies of the underground work and brickwork, as well as coordinating with various trades.
A key aspect of our involvement was the installation of the roof, which included working closely with the skylight company to integrate an elegant lantern-style skylight. Beyond these structural elements, Hartts Construction was entrusted with the comprehensive fit-out package. This encompassed the installation of striking feature walls, laying down exquisite oak chevron flooring, crafting an engaging media wall, and fitting acoustic slatted wall panelling. The project was crowned with the installation of stylish Crittall doors, adding a touch of modern sophistication.
