At Hartts Construction, we provide tailored cost estimates based on our clients' specific needs and preferences. We strive to deliver exceptional value and quality within our clients' budgetary constraints, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.
We work using an application method of a payment schedule, of which other than the deposit or for procurement of large items, i.e. the kitchen, we will only draw money for works done pro rata. For example, if we have completed 50% of the brickwork package, we will only be drawing 50% of the brickwork package on set dates throughout the month. Upon your sign-off, we proceed to production planning, detailing every aspect of the bespoke pieces to be crafted.
