Transforming a dated property into a modern oasis, this project entailed a comprehensive renovation and expansion. The client, seeking to maximise space and enhance property value, engaged our services to revitalise their newly acquired home. The project included the addition of a kitchen extension, achieved by demolishing existing structures and installing supporting steels, seamlessly merging the kitchen and dining areas. Crittall doors were fitted between the front room and the kitchen-diner, elevating both aesthetics and functionality.

Furthermore, we embarked on a loft conversion, introducing two bedrooms and a bathroom, complete with a south-facing dormer to optimise space and natural light. This transformation not only utilised previously unused space but also significantly expanded the property's liveable area. Through our expertise and meticulous attention to detail, we have reimagined this property as a stylish and practical family home.
